Casting Call
DARIA FANS!
How would you like the chance to star in a fanfic reality series alongside your favourite Lawndale residents? BBL Productions is giving you the opportunity to compete with Daria characters in a fun reality series. To enter either send a sims3 sim version of yourself OR three photos (portrait, profile and full body - good drawings are fine) to tafka_the_dragon @ hotmail.com (spam-retardant spaces added, remove before emailing) or pm them here.
Guess who remembered her password?
Well, shit's about to get real. Want to know what I've been up to in the last six years? Precisely nothing, except for earlier this year when this happened: http://bigbrotherlawndale.deviantart.com/
Yup, that was me. I'm sure that's a shock to well, nobody, let's be honest. And hells yeah, that was a lot of fun, but now I'm tabbing and arting and I need somewhere to store my swarm of unholy mess so here we go.
And so begins the task of going back through this repository of evil to find all the pictures not missing since the laptop was stolen, or the one before it blown up in a spectacular boom of don't play sims 2 on any device you want to
ZOMG! A new post! Whatever shall we do?
See the problem here is that I am sick of seeing the snarky bitchfest at securom/ea every time I come here (yes, I know, where's the pod, etc!) so it's time for an update. Since I don't overly feel like divulging much about my life right now, I figured a few lines of blather about nothing would suffice. So here it is.
I don't know if 'back' is entirely the right word, because I completely disapprove of DA's complete disregard for the rights of artists, but I recently realised that there are just a couple of people on DA who I only keep in touch with via DA and by not being here at all for years at a stretch, I'm missing out on their lives. Dear EA and Securom
I'm a customer, not a criminal. Deliberately installing malware on my computer under the guise of security makes me not want to buy your product.
I have already told my husband that no new EA games are to be bought until EA changes it's policy & malware is no longer part & parcel of the game install. He is quite happy to comply.
If anyone feels the way I do, I urge them to head on over to Securom Must Be Destroyed (http://securom.mustbedestroyed.org/phorum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=37) and find out what they can do to bring Suck-U-Rom to it's knees.
Please choke on all the ego you're fellatiating & die, EA.
